LifeRx.md, Inc. is a practice that provides a focus on weight loss, hormone imbalance and anti-aging medicine to adult patients of all ages. We are an evidence-based practice engaging our evolving technology to ensure the highest level of quality care.
Pay is $45.00 per appointment. Appointment length is 20 minutes.
Providers are supported with a strong team of remote care coordinators and licensed medical staff who work with you to ensure your patients get the care and follow up they need. We require a high degree of technical skill utilizing software and an open mind to fast-paced improvements driven by our technical team.
We are hiring a team of primary care providers immediately and pay is based on productivity. Hours are flexible, including evening and weekends and we are hiring providers who can commit a minimum of 10 hours per week.
We are a 7 day-a-week operation offering providers the flexibility to set their own reoccurring schedules within any combination of days.
Education and licenses required for this position
Meet home state’s requirements for obtaining and retaining a single state license, in addition to meeting the following Uniform Licensure Requirements (ULRs): Graduates from: A graduate-level accredited education program; or an approved foreign APRN education program.
Must reside and be licensed currently in multiple states either of the following and with ability to obtain additional state licenses as needed.
Holds an active, unencumbered license as a registered nurse AND an active, unencumbered authorization to practice as an APRN.
Has successfully passed an NCLEX-RN® examination or recognized predecessor, as applicable.
Has submitted to state and federal fingerprint-based criminal background checks.
Valid DEA Certificate in good standing with all schedules for prescribing
In addition, you must:
Not have any history of disciplinary actions toward your medical license
Not have any history of controlled substance actions toward your medical license
Not currently be under investigation
Must have access to high speed internet connection with a mobile device and a PC.
The right nurse practitioner will need superior communication skills and excellent technical abilities to serve as one of our telehealth nurse practitioners. You must be comfortable interacting with patients over mediated communication using an application like Prognocis. As a telehealth nurse practitioners you will need to successfully address patients' concerns, some of whom may not be at ease using a telehealth service. Because you are not able to physically examine the patient, you must be able to ask patients the right questions in order to provide a correct diagnosis.
