Amwell Medical Group (AMG), in partnership with Amwell, is a cutting-edge telehealth clinical practice. We are seeking family medicine and internal medicine nurse practitioners to join our recently expanded Virtual Primary Care program.
**Currently, we are only able to accept NPs with an independent license in the following states: Arizona, Colorado, DC, Florida, Iowa, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Virginia, Washington and Wyoming.
This program will focus on clinicians and patients establishing a longitudinal relationship for more comprehensive and informed care, leveraging the power of a digital telehealth platform to ensure the highest quality outcomes.
Clinicians are required to commit 10 hours per week, at times that are preferable to them, within the program hours of Monday-Friday 8am-8pm (patient local time).
Our program will encompass both virtual primary care and a full-scale multispecialty weight management program focusing on achieving healthy outcomes over time. Patients will schedule visits with their AMG clinician for initial intake and assessment, as well as focused visits for established chronic conditions, general wellness and screening exams, medication management and follow-up, or same-day visits.
