Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will assist in delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced medical environment.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses
- Assist patients with activities of daily living
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide efficient and compassionate care
- Monitor and report changes in patient health status
- Support pediatric patients in a caring and professional manner
- Assist in lifting and transferring patients safely
- Work in a Level II Trauma Center with exposure to emergency medicine and infectious disease care

Qualifications:
- Completion of a Nursing Assistant program or equivalent training
- Knowledge of human anatomy and medical terminology
- Familiarity with aseptic techniques and infection control protocols
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in pediatrics or related field
- Previous exposure to emergency medicine settings
- Proficiency in infectious disease care practices

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN

Pay: $20.83 - $25.09 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
