As the Quality Assurance Nurse, you will assist and ensure that resident care is provided in a safe and effective manner, while upholding the principles of resident rights, compliance with state regulations, and in accordance with currently recognized nursing care standards and practices for Residential Care Facilities and Memory Care endorsements at assigned properties.

Is this you?
- Possess a current Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse designation, valid in the states of Oregon and California.
· In good standing with State Licensing authority
· Able and willing to travel 50% of time between Northern California and Southern Oregon
· Ability to establish effective relationships with residents, family members and team members
· Able to read, comprehend, write, and speak English to communicate effectively with residents, families, other team member and physicians
· Able to communicate effectively with residents, families, team members, community and state officials, referral sources and the general public
· Ability to represent the community in a positive and professional manner
· Strong documentation skills
· Ability to follow systems for monitoring resident health conditions and for ensuring efficient and safe delivery of resident care
· Possess basic computer skills, including Word and Excel
· Have strong organizational skills and ability to re-prioritize daily tasks, in order to accommodate fluctuating needs of residents and the community
· Experience in training and team member development preferred
· Experience in Residential Care Communities preferred
· Able to meet all health-related requirements pertaining to state licensure
· Maintain current CPR/First Aid credentials
· Maintain annual Continuing Education credits
· Able to perform duties and responsibilities (essential functions) with or without accommodation
· Have acceptable references
· Ability to pass pre-employment screening including criminal background check, drug and TB testing, and a physical examination

Salary from $85,000 – $120,000 depending on license and experience
