## Overview
We are seeking a dedicated PT (7-3) LPN to join our team at The Vero at Newark the newest Senior Living in Delaware! Guaranteed weekend with ability to pick up other shifts.... The ideal candidate will assist in providing exceptional patient care and support in a clinic setting.
## Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments, care, medication support and medical coordination for senior living and memory care community
- Previous experience with Point Click Care is a Plus+++
## Qualifications
- Experience in senior living a plus+++

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $36.00 - $99.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 per week
