## Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. The Nursing Assistant will provide direct patient care and support to medical staff in a fast-paced clinical environment.

## Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) under the supervision of nursing staff
- Take and record vital signs accurately
- Help patients with mobility and positioning
- Provide assistance with medical procedures as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized patient environment
- Follow all protocols for infection control and patient safety
- Document patient information promptly and accurately

## Qualifications
- Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology
- Experience in patient care and medical documentation
- Familiarity with medical records management and HIPAA regulations
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting with nurses and other healthcare professionals
