We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various medical settings such as clinics, inpatient & outpatient facilities, rehabilitation centers, and nursing homes. *Duties*

- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians

- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, feeding, and mobility

- Perform catheter care and other medical procedures as required

- Utilize Epic or similar electronic health record systems for medical documentation

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care

- Support patients in home and community care settings

*Qualifications*

- Candidate must have current and valid Certification for Nursing Assistants in state or practice.

- Must be at least 18 years of age.

- Must have at least 6 months experience.

- Compassionate, mature, sympathetic, and professional always

- Good organization and communication skills

- Ability to read, write, understand, and carry out directions.

- The candidate must successfully complete any/all required pre‐employment evaluation test(s) and training per policy.

- Candidates will have the physical ability to perform job‐related duties, which may require lifting, standing bending, transferring, stooping, stretching, walking, pushing, and pulling.

- A physical signed by licensed physician must be on file stating prior to assignment to verify that he/she is physically capable of performing assigned duties without restrictions or limitations.

- Valid CPR Certification Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
