Summary:
Accountable to professionally represent the network and Baptist Health as the first point of contact with various customers, including physicians, discharge planners, patients, families, staff and the general public. Obtains initial information necessary to process a referral and manages multi-tasks and competing priorities to ensure timely flow of information to various network departments. Utilizes critical thinking skills to assess and overcome all obstacles to the timely initiation of homecare services and utilizes critical skills to accept orders and make clinical judgements regarding documentation. Accountable for positive clinical, financial, regulatory and satisfaction outcomes.
Other information:
Current LPN license in state of Arkansas with ability to make quick and accurate clinical evaluations and decisions, At least 3 years experience in a medical office or related setting preferred, excels in a fast-paced work environment, possesses outstanding multi-tasking skills, demonstrates exceptional customer service skills through a good attitude, team spirit and attention to detail, works independently with minimum supervision to accomplish assigned responsibilities. Ability to make quick and accurate clinical evaluation and decisions. Be able to work closely with team members and must be able to show attention to details.
This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
