Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00)
Description:
Sub requirements - Cover sheet, Resume and Primary Source, skills checklist. Full time 3 shifts per week, with every other weekend. No Block scheduling accommodated. Resource must have 2 years of recent acute care experience in ICU. COOK IS A MANDITORY FLOAT FACILITY, all resources are required to float at the facilities discretion. RTO: 5 days max with no more than 2 consecutive. No RTO the day prior or after a holiday. No RTO on weekends.
