Pleasant, organized, self-starting Certified Medical Assistant for busy solo provider Cardiology practice. Previous Cardiology experience preferred. EMR experience with AthenaNet a plus. Must be able to multi-task and work alone.

Job responsibilities consist of rooming patients (vital signs and EKGs), discharging patients, scheduling procedures at hospitals, phone triage, prescription refills, assisting in the stress lab.

Hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and possibly Wednesday 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. following orientation.

Must provide proof of CMA at interview, or proof of graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant school.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
