Must-Have**: Ability to read telemetry strips; Open to change culture and teamwork.
Job Description**:
Provide nursing care to PCU/IMCU patients, including cardiac (pre/post open heart, electrophysiology, STEMI, heart failure), and management of inotropes such as dobutamine, dopamine, and milrinone.
Care for patients requiring BIPAP, HiFlow, and those with respiratory failure, sepsis, GI bleeds, or trauma (thoracic - rib fractures, neuro).
Conduct assessments every 1-3 hours.
Perform Heparin, Nitroglycerin, Amiodarone, and Diltiazem drip titration.
Float to Medical/Surgical or the monitor studio (telemetry) as needed.
Assist in ICU as a runner/helper.
Collaborate effectively within a changing culture and support team efforts.
