We have an opening for a pediatric occupational therapist to fill a position seeing kids in their natural environment. New grads are welcome to apply and take advantage of our shadowing and mentoring program! This is a full time position with great benefits and PTO. We have part-time positions available as well. This position provides a fulfilling opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children and families. All About Therapy is a local therapist owned practice in the Raleigh-Durham triangle area. We are seeking compassionate and experienced therapists to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments of children referred for occupational therapy services
- Develop individualized treatment plans to address each child's unique needs
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions for children, incorporating play and engaging activities
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Communicate regularly with parents and the child's care team
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all services provided

Requirements:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Valid state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Patience and compassion when working with children who may be anxious or upset

Pay: $60,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
