Job Description
- Seeking a Long Term Assignment (LTA) nurse for Margharita Gutierrez.
- Requests for Time Off (RTO): January 15-22.
- Compliance document deadline is 5 days prior to start.
- RTO must be included at time of initial submission and cannot be altered once requested.
- For new contracts, RTO should not exceed 7 days; if more than 4 consecutive days, an additional week will be added to the contract.
- Most locations allow for one major holiday off during the winter season; please refer to detailed job specifications.
- Candidates will float within the hospital, with travelers being first to float.
- Must be comfortable with floating without restrictions or special requests as long as it is within their experience scope.
- Return traveler policy: Must be away for at least 6 months.
- Return staff policy: All former staff must be gone for 12 months before returning as a traveler.
- Orientation: 24 hours non-billable.
