*SEEKING LEADERSHIP CANDIDATE WHO IS AN OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST OR CERTIFIED HAND THERAPIST
Hands for Living is looking for an outstanding and motivated occupational therapist or Certified Hand Therapist! This position is currently based at our office in Lynnwood, WA. We are especially looking for someone who has leadership experience or is interested in developing their leadership skills.
Strong mentorship is available for a therapist who has or is seeking certification in hand therapy. Position is ideal for someone who has passed (or is preparing for!) the CHT exam and finds themselves wondering "What's Next?" for their career.
You can grow your leadership skills AND your clinical skills at the same time! Work with an outstanding, experienced team of 10 CHTs, OTs, and OTAs. We can train provide clinical mentorship and leadership training. In addition to base salary, quarterly bonuses are available as part of the compensation package.
We are open to a Lead Therapist whose leadership duties are primarily clinical OR someone who wants to be or become a Clinic Director, with increasing involvement in all aspects of running a therapy clinic.

Ideal candidates have Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential or are interested in pursuing this specialty credential. Minimum requirement is a WA state license as an OT and 1-3 years of hand therapy experience.
