Highland Manor of Elko Rehabilitation is a skilled nursing facility offering a wide variety of services. We are currently seeking exceptional, enthusiastic and dedicated RN or LPN Nurse who enjoys providing direct nursing services to residents of the facility.
$5,000 sign on Bonus. Hourly Pay based on experience
Primary Responsibilities:
- Prepares and documents medications and treatments which are administered to residents as prescribed by the resident's Physician.
- Complete all nursing documentation forms as assigned and ensure that said documentation accurately reflects services required by the resident and provided to the residents.
- Responsible for making sure resident's physician and family are informed of medical conditions as required by regulations and facility policies.
- Complete resident's admission and discharge forms and duties as required by regulations and facility policies.
- Work using the guidelines established from the Nurse Practice Act, company standards, policies and procedures and nursing judgment.
- Implement the resident plan of care and evaluate the resident response.
- Must maintain confidentiality and resident rights, regarding all resident/personnel information.
- Standard precautions and other appropriate infection control practices are utilized with all nursing interventions.
- Perform other duties as requested by the Director of Nursing.

Job Requirements:
- Applicant must have a valid Nevada RN or LPN license.
- Must be able to pass a criminal back ground check
- Ability to read, write, comprehend and communicate in English.
