Your Qualifications:
- Unencumbered Missouri RN license
- Prior experience as an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)
- Expertise in wound care
- Knowledge of Medicare Parts A and B
- Availability to work 2 weekends per month
- Strong regulatory compliance track record
- Dedication to Total Quality Management principles
- Previous experience with Behavior Management residents

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage nursing staff, ensuring quality patient care and adherence to regulations.
- Utilize Medicare guidelines to optimize patient care and billing processes.
- Coordinate wound care treatments and monitor progress for optimal healing.
- Implement behavior management strategies to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills when interacting with patients, families, and healthcare team.
- Maintain active RN License and uphold professional standards in nursing practice.
