We are seeking a dedicated and experienced full-time bilingual Certified Nurse Practitioner (able to fluently speak Spanish) to join our internal medicine practice in New Jersey. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality healthcare services to our patients, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. This role involves both clinical and administrative responsibilities, with a focus on delivering patient-centered care.

- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including health histories and physical examinations.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Prescribe medications and other treatments as necessary.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results.
- Provide patient education on health maintenance, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to clinical guidelines and best practices.
- Assist in the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
- Engage in continuing education and professional development activities to stay current with medical advancements.
- Counsel patients about drug regimens and possible side effects or interactions with other substances, such as food supplements, over-the-counter (OTC) medications, or herbal remedies.
- Order, perform, or interpret the results of diagnostic tests, such as complete blood counts (CBCs), electrocardiograms (EKGs), and radiographs (x-rays).
- Consult with, or refer patients to, appropriate specialists when conditions exceed the scope of practice or expertise.
- Provide patients with information needed to promote health, reduce risk factors, or prevent disease or disability.
- Recommend interventions to modify behavior associated with health risks.
Required Experience, Education & Licenses
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in an internal medicine or primary care setting.
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Current and valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of New Jersey.
- Board certification as an Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Spanish fluency is required
The ideal candidate will be/have:
- Comfortable practicing in both Spanish and English
- Experience with Electronic Medical Record systems
- Ability to work without direct supervision and practice autonomously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
