Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be responsible to perform daily Primary Care Physician duties including but not limited to:
What You'll Typically Do
- Provide exceptional treatment, collaborative care options (within the scope of primary care ), including physical examinations, assessments, diagnosis, and treatment
- Order and interpret x-rays, lab results and EKGs
- Triage and manage patients thoroughly and efficiently, maintaining a steady flow to avoid long wait times
- Review and manage daily tasks, patient callbacks, and lab results, while on shift
- Provide oversight and lead day to day operations, as sole provider and serve as expert by consulting, coaching, and training advanced practice clinicians
Position Details:
- Shift Information: average 3-4 patients per hour / Rotational with colleagues
- No call shifts required
- 8-hour shifts only - M-F

Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have the following Qualifications:
- Starting Shift Rate Commensurate with Experience and training Background
- Nurse Practitioner (FNP / DNP) starting $ 90, up to $ 100 / hour
- Medical Malpractice Coverage
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Practice / Medicine, Internal Medicine
- Active License
- Current California Medical Practitioner License
- Current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and Department of Public Safety (DPS) registration, for prescription writing.
- Bilingual (Spanish / English) is a plus, but not a requirement
