We are looking for a Personal Care Assistant, Certified Nursing Assistants, LPNs (PRN), and RN (PRN) to join our team and provide care for patients in a variety of settings, including nursing homes, long-term care facilities, hospitals, children's hospitals, and home health settings. The successful candidate will have experience providing personal care to geriatric patients and will be comfortable working with a diverse patient population. The Personal Care Assistant must be able to provide compassionate care while following the instructions of the supervising nurse or physician.
Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding when necessary.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed.
- Assist with range of motion exercises and other therapeutic activities as directed by the physician or nurse.
- Provide companionship and support to patients and their families.
- Document patient care activities according to facility policies and procedures.
- Provide transportation to medical appointments or other activities as needed.
- Create Care Plans
- Coordinate with Physicians
- Ensure Proper Billing for Patients
