Position: Nurse Practitioner - Telehealth

Telehealth Nurse Practitioner employed under Family Medical Associates, P.C.- Both full-time and part-time positions are available.
- Responsible for performing Telehealth visits for Primary Care Practice via audio/video connection.
- Experience in primary care is preferred but not required. Competitive salary and excellent bonus opportunities.
- Collaborate with onsite physicians for chronic care management, acute/urgent care visits, medication management, providing close follow up.
- Candidates must be licensed in Massachusetts.
- Remote visits from home or office.
