Director of Nursing
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of nursing operations within the organization
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in accordance with industry standards and regulations
- Ensure compliance with Medicare guidelines and regulations
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, promoting a positive work environment
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless operations
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of nursing care provided, implementing improvements as needed
- Manage staffing levels, including recruitment, training, and performance management
- Participate in strategic planning and budgeting processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing or related field preferred
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing leadership roles, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of Medicare guidelines and regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage a diverse team of nursing professionals
- Proven track record of implementing quality improvement initiatives
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Pay: $73,251.90 - $110,000.00 per year
