**Responsibilities:**

- Provide physical and emotional support to patients by assisting with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, toileting, walking, and standing.

- Respond to patient calls promptly and assess their needs effectively.

- Administer medications following proper protocols and guidelines.

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to gather patient information and update medical records.

- Monitor and record vital signs accurately, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rate.

- Assist patients with dietary needs by reviewing restrictions, allergies, and preferences.

- Maintain a clean and organized patient environment.

- Stay informed on the latest patient care techniques and facility policies.

**Experience:**

- Prior experience in patient care is preferred.

- Familiarity with EMR.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

- Certification as a Nursing Assistant or willingness to pursue certification.
