Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide advanced nursing care to patients in various healthcare settings, focusing on cardiac disease prevention and health promotion.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive physical assessments
- Diagnose and treat common acute illnesses and injuries
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Provide patient education on disease prevention and health maintenance
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
- Maintain accurate medical records

Requirements:

- Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in the states of Georgia
- Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner in the respective specialty area
- Proficiency in case management and adherence to standards of care
- Experience in cardiology or hospital ICU or ER setting is preferred
- Strong anatomy knowledge and psychopharmacology skills
