We are seeking an experienced LPN to help oversee long-term care units in our facility. Extensive clinical experience a must, prior nursing management experience preferred. New graduates are welcome!

Positions available:

Full time 3:00pm-11:00pm Monday-Friday, Alternating Weekends
Full time/Per Diem 11:00pm-7:00am Monday-Friday, Alternating Weekends

Duties of LPN:

Oversee units
Assist with treatment and medication administration when necessary
Assist with Admissions
Attend and participate in meetings
Conduct daily audits of all new admission charts
Serve as liaison between family, patient, doctor and other departments
Investigate all incident reports and follow-up
Participate in managing staff and assignments to ensure quality of care
Participate and report on patient conditions
Participate in annual evaluations of staff
Take on-call hours on weekends and holidays as needed
