We use the latest in diagnostics including custom DNA analysis, advanced bloodwork, DEXA, VO2MAX, CAC, etc.

RHA delivers a customized care plan to each patient, and then provides follow up coaching and support each month across the various domains.

Our focus is on longevity, optimization, metabolic health, and athletic performance.

Job Purpose:

As the Nurse Wellness Coach, you'll be an integral part of our interdisciplinary team, working closely with physicians, dietitians, epigenetic counselors and strength and conditioning coaches to help clients achieve their health and wellness goals. You'll be the primary point of contact for clients, meeting with them regularly to assess their progress and provide ongoing guidance and support. You'll use your coaching skills and nursing expertise to help clients make sustainable behavior changes that will improve their health and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and encouragement
Conduct client assessments, including health histories, physical exams, and laboratory testing
Collaborate with physicians and other members of the interdisciplinary team to develop personalized care plans for clients
Provide individualized coaching sessions to help clients achieve their health and wellness goals, using evidence-based conversations, clinical interventions, and strategies
Facilitate behavior change through the use of positive psychology, motivational interviewing, goal setting, and other coaching techniques
Educate clients on healthy lifestyle habits, including nutrition, exercise, stress management, and sleep hygiene
Use technology and Telehealth platforms to provide remote coaching and support
Document client interactions and progress in electronic medical records
Participate in team meetings and case conferences to discuss client care and collaborate on treatment plans
Attend training sessions and continuing education courses to enhance coaching skills and nursing expertise
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required, adapting to evolving business needs and technological advancements to support our mission and client satisfaction

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field, with an active RN license.
Certified Health Coach or Wellness Coach preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
Experience in health coaching, wellness coaching, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in delivering healthcare services in a telehealth or virtual setting, including conducting virtual consultations and follow-ups.
Ability to adapt to various telehealth technologies and software, ensuring a seamless and effective virtual care experience for clients.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Knowledge of principles of positive psychology, motivational interviewing, and behavior change.
Experience in developing and implementing virtual health programs and initiatives tailored to individual client needs.
Passion for health and wellness, with a desire to help clients achieve their full potential
