We are looking for a compassionate, experienced LPN who has a heart for working with children 1:1. in the county of Baltimore for the 2024-2025 School Year,

Current BLS CPR/AED
Two (2) years of clinical experience as an LPN, with at least one (1) year in the pediatric care setting.
$250 SIGN-ON BONUS ***
Provide and document direct nursing care of assigned patients under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. Nursing care is guided by the physician orders and the nursing plan of care. Patient response to care is reported to a registered nurse for evaluation, intervention and modification of the plan of care. Assist other health care personnel in the delivery of patient care.
Direct care duties include, but not limited to: Obtaining patient histories and assessments; Vital signs; G-tube and feeding pump management; Diabetes care and Insulin pump management; Medication administration, Tracheotomy care and suctioning; Seizure care and preventive disease management
Participate in maintaining the environment of care including equipment and other material resources.
Document all interventions, maintain a system for recording clinical notes and providing them to the health suite on a weekly basis (the health suite is responsible for placing clinical notes in the student’s health file)
Nurse is REQUIRED to escort studenton school bus to and from school
