Overview:

We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our Internal Medicine team full-time or part-time. In this role, you’ll provide advanced nursing care, diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions, and collaborate with physicians to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Responsibilities:

Conduct patient assessments, including physical exams and medical histories, to develop accurate diagnoses.
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions, prescribing medications as needed.
Educate patients on health management and preventive care.
Collaborate with physicians to develop and adjust personalized care plans.
Maintain detailed and accurate patient medical records, ensuring treatment effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Advanced nursing degree (MSN or DNP) with RN and Nurse Practitioner licensure.
Proven experience in clinical settings, with strong diagnostic and patient care skills.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
