Contract Details:

Contract Duration: 9 weeks with the possibility of extension
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Shift Availability:
7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
11:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Pay Rate: $30.00 per hour

Job Description:

Elaine Center at Hadley is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential care and support to our residents, assisting with daily living activities and ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Responsibilities:

Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor and record vital signs and health status
Aid with mobility and physical therapy exercises
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
Document care provided and any changes in resident condition

Qualifications:

Valid CNA certification in Massachusetts
Previous experience in a nursing home or healthcare setting preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Compassionate and patient-focused attitude

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
