We have the opportunity for an expert RN to lead our nursing team in providing excellent care for residents living with the challenges of memory impairment.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of caregivers ensuring high-quality resident care and adherence to medical protocols
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to maintain efficient operations- Maintain resident files, ISP's, Care Plans- Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines in all nursing activities- Manage resident admissions, discharges, and transfers effectively- Utilize electronic health record system for accurate documentation and record keeping- Provide guidance and support to residents
- Address the needs of patients with special medical conditions or requirements
- Collaborate with medical imaging departments for timely access to diagnostic test

- Familiar with CBRF Regulations Qualifications:- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of {location}
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a healthcare setting
- In-depth knowledge of DHS 83 Regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and make critical decisions under pressure

Pay: $98,746.00 - $103,800.00 per year
