The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Barnwell, located in Valatie, NY, is seeking CNAs for all shifts. Position can be full-time, part-time, per diem or weekends only!

The hourly rate is $17.00 to $26.00 per hour depending upon experience, benefit status, and shifts worked.

CNA Duties Include:

Providing compassionate resident care as directed by nursing staff.
Assisting residents with hygiene, bathing & ADLs (activities of daily living).
Passing meal trays; feeding residents; reporting food & fluid intake.
Monitoring residents; reporting any health issues to nurse.
Transporting residents within facility
Maintaining clean & healthy environment.

CNA Requirements Include:

Successful completion of a CNA program.
Current State Certification.
Must be in good standing with State Registry.
Must be able to work as a team player.
Must meet the requirements of the Department of Health.
