This state-of-the-art endoscopy ambulatory surgical center located in the heart of Astoria, Queens, features three procedure rooms. The Director of Nursing

Manage and mentor nursing staff including training
Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
Collaborates with the anesthesiologists and gastroenterologist providers
Knowledge of accreditation standards
Ensures compliance with state and federal regulations
Participates in the Quality Improvement Program
Responsible for the nursing care received and ensure that high standards of care are maintained

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday with some Saturdays No Sundays

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $145,000 - $170,000

Sign on Bonus $20,000

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in nursing required MSN preferred
Active New York State Registered Nurse License
Minimum of 5 years of RN experience
Minimum of 3 years of progressive leadership
Ambulatory Surgical experience preferred but not required
