The Empire Market is looking for nurses interested in joining our Director of Nursing in Training program. This is a unique and intensive on-the-job training program. We are committed to providing an excellent clinical experience for our patients and an amazing work environment for our employees.

Overview:

This is a multi-month program in which you obtain practical on-the-job training in a facility under the direct supervision of an experienced Director of Nursing mentor.

Training includes spending time on the floor training while also participating in DON specific training such as attending market meetings, QAPI, Triple Check, PDPM and much more!

At the end of the program the nurse will have gained knowledge, confidence, and relationships to support their clinical leadership journey.

What we are looking for:

State RN or LPN License

Skilled Nursing experience

Prior leadership experience
