Position Overview:

As an LPN at Swift River, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals battling addiction and mental health challenges on their path to recovery. You will work in a collaborative environment, utilizing evidence-based therapies and cutting-edge digital tools to make a meaningful impact on our patients' recovery journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct admission assessments and withdrawal evaluations.
Administer medications and monitor their effectiveness.
Provide education and support to patients and their families.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Foster a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.

Qualifications:

Current and valid Massachusetts LPN license.
Passion for helping individuals on their journey to recovery.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to making a positive impact.
