Immediate opening for a Home Care Nurse to join our growing nursing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work 1-on-1 with staff caring for patients in their homes.

LPN or RN Responsibilities and Duties:

Oversee patient care services
Visit clients in their home to assess for services
Supervise & support our home health aide staff in the field
Develop care plans and introduce home care aides to new clients
Provide medication management for clients

LPN or RN Work Schedule:

7:30AM - 4:00PM or 8AM – 4:30PM
Monday - Friday
Work throughout the Cape Ann and North Shore communities.

LPN or RN Requirements:

Requires a nurse (RN or LPN) license with 2+ years nursing experience.
Home care experience a plus.
Strong clinical and computer competence
Excellent communication skills
A TEAM player that is self-motivated with the ability to function autonomously and manage priorities
Demonstrated ability to problem solve and motivate others
Medicare/Certified service experience is not required.
