Home Care LPN or RN – Full Time with benefits or Part-Time

Immediate opening for a Home Care Nurse to join our growing nursing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work 1-on-1 with staff caring for patients in their homes.
LPN or RN Responsibilities and Duties:
- Oversee patient care services
- Visit clients in their home to assess for services
- Supervise & support our home health aide staff in the field
- Develop care plans and introduce home care aides to new clients
- Provide medication management for clients
LPN or RN Work Schedule:
- 7:30AM - 4:00PM or 8AM – 4:30PM
- Monday - Friday
- Work throughout the Cape Ann and North Shore communities.

LPN or RN Requirements:
- Requires a nurse (RN or LPN) license with 2+ years nursing experience.
- Home care experience a plus.
- Strong clinical and computer competence
- Excellent communication skills
- A TEAM player that is self-motivated with the ability to function autonomously and manage priorities
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve and motivate others
- Medicare/Certified service experience is not required.
