Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HEDIS RN to join our team for an exciting, fully remote opportunity! As a HEDIS RN, you will be responsible for performing medical record reviews and data abstraction related to HEDIS hybrid measures, ensuring accurate data entry into HEDIS software systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Requesting medical records and scheduling appointments at provider offices for record retrieval
On-site retrieval of records at practice group locations
Review and abstraction of medical record data for HEDIS hybrid measures
Records will be obtained through various methods such as scanning, copying, EMR systems, or secure encrypted devices
Data entry into HEDIS software system after accurate review and abstraction
Represent the client in a professional manner and ensure all records are handled confidentially and securely

Qualifications:

Active RN License in Tennessee required
HEDIS experience preferred, but not required
Chart review/chart abstraction experience preferred
Regional travel required
Must be able to work independently with strong organizational skills
Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and in writing
Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Must successfully complete the provided training program and meet performance goals
