Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HEDIS RN to join our team for an exciting, fully remote opportunity! As a HEDIS RN, you will be responsible for performing medical record reviews and data abstraction related to HEDIS hybrid measures, ensuring accurate data entry into HEDIS software systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requesting medical records and scheduling appointments at provider offices for record retrieval
- On-site retrieval of records at practice group locations
- Review and abstraction of medical record data for HEDIS hybrid measures
- Records will be obtained through various methods such as scanning, copying, EMR systems, or secure encrypted devices
- Data entry into HEDIS software system after accurate review and abstraction
- Represent the client in a professional manner and ensure all records are handled confidentially and securely
Qualifications:
- Active RN License in Tennessee required
- HEDIS experience preferred, but not required
- Chart review/chart abstraction experience preferred
- Regional travel required
- Must be able to work independently with strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and in writing
- Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Must successfully complete the provided training program and meet performance goals
