Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, implementing and evaluating care plans.
- Assist with daily living activities, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient condition and report any changes to the supervising RN or physician.
- Educate patients and families on health management and care plans.
Requirements:
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse Multistate License or Oregon License Required!!
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
- Current TB test
- Covid vaccine
