As a Travel Nurse Recruiter with Ascension, you will assess and manage Ascension Travel strategic plans, develop recruitment strategies to meet short and long term hiring goals, and achieve successful delivery of recruitment targets for the internal Ascension Travel Program. With Ascension we work internally to place RN and Allied specialties at all of our Ascension acute care facilities. We are growing and want you to help us achieve this!
In this role, you will:
- Utilize order management technology in combination with ATS to manage the full cycle recruitment process.
- Consult with hiring teams to clarify specific job objectives, requirements and preferences.
- Perform local and nationwide targeted searches, generate candidate leads and develop lists of potential candidates.
- Develop marketing strategies to promote the program.
- Screen, interview and develop contract/offer details for candidates.
- Report out on leads generated, successes and maintain required KPIs. Deliver a high level of customer service with candidates and the hiring teams.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- 3+ years Agency Travel Nurse recruitment experience preferred.
- Healthcare recruitment experience preferred.
