The ideal candidate must possess the following:
- Outstanding Customer Service Skills
- Experienced in assisting elders with day to day functions of living
- Ability to work in a team - oriented environment
- Capacity to function and thrive in a fast - paced, ever - evolving environment
- EDEN certification and Long - Term Care, preferred
