We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse to join our team as a Telehealth Nurse. Key Responsibilities
- Act as a primary point of contact for patients, guiding them through potential barriers to their therapy.
- Educate patients on their prescribed treatment plans, covering benefits and possible side effects.
- Instruct patients on the correct administration and dosing of their medications.
- Assist patients in understanding their insurance coverage, out-of-pocket expenses, and available financial support resources.
- Provide emotional support to patients, helping them cope with the stress of their medical diagnoses.
- Connect patients with additional programs to address non-treatment needs, such as social services.
- Report adverse events or product complaints as per established protocols.
- Undertake other duties as assigned.
Required Skills
- Strong nursing experience with proven competence in managing and educating patients with new or chronic medical conditions.
- Comprehensive knowledge of relevant diseases, therapy protocols, and prescribing guidelines.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing work demands.

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Indiana or Kentucky.
- 2-3 years of nursing experience, with a preference for those experienced in relevant disease states.
- Background in nurseline triage, utilization management, or case management is advantageous.
- Experience as a case management or clinical trial nurse is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
