Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will assist in providing quality care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse.
Duties:
- Provide direct patient care in various healthcare settings
- Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, and feeding
- Monitor and report changes in patient health status to the nursing staff
- Take vital signs and record patient information
- Maintain a clean and organized patient environment
Skills:
- Experience working with people with physical, medical disabilities, geriatric care
- Knowledge of providing daily assisted living skills
- Strong patient service orientation
- Familiarity with transfers, bed bound patients
- Ability to provide compassionate patient care
- Knowledge of medical terminology
