PeerSource is currently recruiting for multiple Telehealth Nurses on a Direct Hire basis. These positions can be based out of Chandler AZ, Duluth GA, or Worthington OH.
Summary
We are looking for strong LPNs to join a new, cutting-edge innovative team. You will be responsible for working with patients, providers, and plan sponsors to meet the patient's health needs through communication and available resources to promote quality cost-effective outcomes via the telephonic medical management process. This role is ideal for those that like to solve problems, staying busy with a variety of tasks, researching answers, autonomy, and a traditional Monday through Friday work schedule.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of bedside clinical experience.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, specifically when dealing with patients on the phone.
- Must be computer savvy with typing speeds of 35-45+ wpm.
- Ability to multitask simultaneous talking and typing.
- Ability to work in an office call center environment (this is not a remote position!).
- Ability to follow multi-step processes and decision-making flow charts.
