Lead Clinical Supervisor
Role Overview:
The Lead Clinical Supervisor at Meelo Education is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing clinical operations and ensuring the delivery of exceptional services in the assigned school district or region. This position drives the implementation of the company’s vision, strategy, and standards for clinical care while ensuring compliance with all regulations, policies, and best practices. The Lead Clinical Supervisor manages clinical teams and resources, collaborates with stakeholders, and establishes quality metrics to maintain high standards of care. In addition to fulfilling Clinical Supervisor duties, this role includes leadership responsibilities to enhance team performance and service consistency.
This position requires up to 10% travel to support the needs of assigned districts or regions.
Qualifications:
- Licensed BCBA required.
- Expertise in ABA and clinical methodologies.
- Strong strategic planning, communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to solve problems, make decisions, and foster innovation.
- Must have experience working in a school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and approve clinical content and programs, ensuring compliance and quality standards.
- Lead and provide guidance to Clinical Supervisors and staff.
Team Management:
- Train and manage schedules for IAs, BTs, RBTs, and BCBAs.
- Address escalations and propose staff promotions as needed.
- Supervise day-to-day clinical staff operations and address performance concerns proactively.
Client and Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with the Meelo Customer team to address district-specific needs.
- Align clinical services with organizational goals through collaboration with other leaders.
- Attend IEP meetings and coordinate progress reports when required.
Clinical Services Delivery:
- Conduct new client assessments and pre-risk evaluations to determine service needs.
- Oversee data collection, reporting methods, and the development of behavior intervention plans.
- Provide 5% of RBT monthly supervision and assist with recertifications.
- Support BCBA supervision if qualified.
Leadership and Quality Assurance:
- Establish and monitor clinical quality indicators, standards, and outcomes.
- Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Identify and address clinical risks and opportunities to enhance service delivery.
Resource Management:
- Optimize staff and resource allocation across the assigned region.
- Serve as the escalation point for clinical issues and ensure resolution.
- Provide feedback to both clinical staff and senior leadership to maintain accountability and excellence.
