Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care services to patients of all ages, including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and older adults.
- Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and medical assessments.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses and conditions.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as laboratory tests and imaging studies.
- Prescribe medications and other treatments.
- Perform procedures such as gastric lavage, cardiac catheterization, airway management, sterile processing, specimen collection processing, etc.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Provide education and counseling to patients and their families regarding health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions.
- Participate in utilization management activities to ensure appropriate use of healthcare resources.
- Adhere to infection control protocols to maintain a safe healthcare environment.
Skills:
- Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in various areas such as developmental disabilities, memory care, special needs, etc.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in utilizing electronic medical records systems for documentation and communication purposes.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to make informed clinical decisions.

Pay: $101,195.98 - $121,870.43 per year
