We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Travel Registered Nurse specializing in Med Surg Telemetry to join our team for a 13-week assignment. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, working collaboratively with our dedicated staff to support a diverse patient population.

Location: Onsite at Ottumwa, IA 52501

Shift: 12-hour Night Shift

Requirements:

Certifications: BLS required; ACLS is a plus but not required
Years of Experience: 1-2 years
Patient Ratios: 1:6 (support staff includes CNAs and LPNs)
Patient Population: All (geriatric, adult, pediatric, etc.)
Float Requirements: May be required to float within a 25-mile radius of the facility

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care for geriatric, adult, and pediatric populations.
Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with healthcare team members, including CNAs and LPNs, to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
