LPNs at Prairie Grove Health and Rehab FULL TIME - LPNs pay $28-29 per hour, Full Time Thursday thru Monday. We may consider a premium for the right person. Only 15 minutes from I-49 in Fayetteville, we are closer than you think.

We have a small, quiet 60 bed facility where everybody knows everybody. We don't admit and discharge residents every day doing rehab only. Our residents stay long term and want someone who would like to get to know them.

LPNs Duties Include:

Document and eMAR in PointClickCare
Communicate with families and residents
Provide supervision to staff performing ADL's
Direct communication with the MD if needed
Follow up and document on any incidents/accidents
