Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and highly skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing team of healthcare professionals. As an NP at Lyla Health, you will provide high-quality telehealth services to patients across the country. You will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients, offering them personalized care in a flexible, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct virtual assessments, consultations, and follow-up appointments via telemedicine platforms.
Diagnose and treat common acute and chronic conditions, including but not limited to respiratory infections, hypertension, diabetes, anxiety, depression, and more.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans.
Prescribe medications, order necessary lab work, and interpret test results as needed.
Provide education and counseling to patients on disease prevention, health promotion, and lifestyle changes.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans in accordance with company guidelines.
Ensure adherence to Lyla Health's mission, values, and code of conduct.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program.
Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in at least 12 states; multi-state licensure preferred.
Proven experience in diagnosing and treating a broad range of conditions in primary care, urgent care, or telemedicine settings.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote, digital environment.
Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $70.75 - $100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
