We are seeking experienced and licensed Nurse Practitioners (NPs) or Physician Assistants (PAs) to join our growing telemedicine team. This fully remote position involves providing high-quality care to patients seeking treatment with Suboxone and GLP-1 medications. The ideal candidates will have multi-state licensure, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering patient-focused care in a virtual environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct telemedicine visits with patients to assess, diagnose, and treat opioid use disorder and weight management needs using Suboxone and GLP-1 medications, respectively.
- Evaluate patient medical history, symptoms, and test results to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Prescribe appropriate medications and adjust dosages as needed to optimize patient outcomes.
- Monitor and document patient progress through Electronic Medical Records (EMR) using SOAP notes.
- Provide patient education on medication use, side effects, and lifestyle modifications to support treatment success.
- Maintain compliance with all federal and state regulations, including PDMP reporting and prescribing guidelines.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers and support staff as needed to deliver comprehensive care.
Qualifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) licensure with multi-state capabilities.
- DEA registration with the ability to prescribe Suboxone (DATA 2000 Waiver preferred or willingness to obtain).
- Experience prescribing GLP-1 medications such as Semaglutide or Tirzepatide.
- Experience prescribing Suboxone and reviewing drug test results.
- Minimum of 1 years of clinical experience, preferably in addiction medicine, weight management, or primary care.
- Proficiency in telemedicine platforms and familiarity with HIPAA-compliant technology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a patient-centered approach to care.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a flexible, remote schedule.
Compensation and Benefits:
- The pay is $35/visit for Suboxone and $45 for first GLP1 visits and $25/visit for followup visits.
