Key Responsibilities

Required Skills
- Proficient in Windows-based computer operations and telehealth platforms.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English.
- Advanced critical thinking aptitude for diagnosing clinical challenges.
- Capable of supervising, mentoring, and coaching nursing personnel effectively.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years recent experience in acute, critical care, or step-down units.
- At least 1 year of leadership experience managing hospital staff and clinical workflows.
- Holds a valid RN licensure or an unencumbered compact nursing license with the ability to obtain additional state licenses.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Current ACLS and BLS certification.
